I’ve been managing Type 1 diabetes since I was a kid. The diagnosis was a heartbreaker for me and my parents, but it taught me a valuable lesson: our health is in our own hands. The choices we make determine how we feel today and over the long run.

That’s why Vincent and I founded Lifestacks. Vincent – a fellow health nut – and I met in college and quickly bonded over our obsession with the science of nutrition.
